Throughout our nearly 80-year history of building homes in the Central Valley, we have had a lot of things to be proud of. Every year residents of the Central Valley vote their favorite businesses, and we are both thrilled and honored to have received some of the most prestigious awards in our region recently.

Bonadelle Neighborhoods was voted CV Lux Best Builder 2022. Our Wisteria Creek community took home the Best of CV Award for builder planned communities two years in a row—in both 2022 and 2023. Most recently, we were named a nominee for the Business Journal’s Family Owned Business Award 2023 out of dozens of family-owned businesses in the Valley.
