Referring Is Easy!
Follow These Four Simple Steps:
- Referring party must accompany potential homebuyer to a Bonadelle Neighborhoods Welcome Center on his/her first visit and notify the sales counselor that he/she is the person referring.
- Referring party cannot be part of the transaction.
- Referral fee will not be given on any transaction with a cooperating broker referral fee.
- The $1,000.00 referral fee will be paid at close of escrow*
