Clarence: We chose Riverstone because it’s in the middle where we can be close to family but also be close to the country.

Marco: It feels like you’re in the country but you’re only a few minutes away from River Park and the city so it’s like a little escape from all the hustle and bustle of the city.

Clarence: They’re building a nice market across the street which is really nice. The multiple parks like what Marco was saying and they have a dog park which is really awesome and they’re about to build a grocery store and coffee houses.

Marco: You have a beautiful clubhouse, parks in every community, a beautiful school that matches the community so everything’s just well designed. It really flows well together.

At the end of the day we just kept coming back to Bonadelle and it was because it was all around just the best deal, you know the best pricing, the best home, the best layout.

Alexis: We went and we looked and we saw that this was a definitely up-and-coming community and we wanted to capitalize on it and the price was great.

Aaron: Honestly, more than anything, it seems like your dollar goes further with Bonadelle. You’re going to get more for a comparable price as to other parts of town.

Alexis: With a new development, it’s customizable. It’s nice to know that this is yours to do whatever you want to do with to make your own space.

Aaron: I love the open concept, how good the lighting is. You can really do a lot with the space and we really turned it into a place that we love to be every day.

Alexis: This is our first home together, so it’s really nice to be creating memories in our new home.

Aaron: I’d recommend Bonadelle just because your dollar goes a lot further. It’s a quality home and it’s a great community.

Ramsha: A lot of times when I talk to people about Riverstone, I usually try to talk to them about Harvest only because I think the price point is definitely attractive.

Moshin: You know, a mixture of affordability and the quality of the life and the quality of the build what they are giving us.

Ramsha: I think the biggest plus point for me in this community was having the lodge.

Moshin: Yeah, it’s a really friendly community.

Ramsha: With Harvest and with Bonadelle especially, we got a great value out of our house.

Moshin: I think we are really enjoying it on a daily basis.

Ramsha: I mean, I look forward to coming home every night after work.

Mrs. Aguilar: We love our home. It is the perfect house for us as a first-time home buyer.

The Bonadelle neighborhoods are well-constructed houses. I love everything. All the fine details in the houses are wonderful. They’re spectacular.

The kitchen is my absolute favorite. That’s what sold me the house, was the kitchen. I love our island, the granite countertops. Everything is just, it’s very nice.

Clovis Unified School District is a major plus for us in our neighborhood. They offer the best schools, and that’s one of the reasons why we also chose Bonadelle neighborhoods. Education is very important for our family. We found the perfect home.

Mrs. Tucker: As first-time homebuyers, I think this was the perfect option for us. Down the road, when we start a family, I think it’ll be the perfect place, too.

Mr. Tucker: We love the fact that the community is gated. It’s just a sense of comfort and security knowing that there is a gate, there is a code, even the walk paths have codes. So that’s nice.

Mrs. Tucker: If we went to another home builder, they would have added thousands of dollars just to add the basic thing that Bonadelle provides.

Mr. Tucker: Her parents have like a six-bedroom home in the Bay area and it’s massive and our countertop is like twice as big as theirs. So that’s really cool, too. We have a ton of counter space.

I like the location. It’s easy to get to everything because we’re so close to the freeway.
