Bonadelle Neighborhoods begins ‘Painting for Patriots’, a way to extend their gratitude to Veteran homeowners this Veteran’s Day

Local homebuilder extends small gesture to America’s heroes that will show their appreciation for generations to come.

FRESNO, CA (November 11, 2020) Bonadelle Neighborhoods is expressing its thanks to veteran homeowners this year through its new initiative, Painting for Patriots. The company has organized an artist to paint American flags next to the homeowners addresses on street curbs. Media is invited to capture the painting process on Wednesday, November 11 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The Grove by Bonadelle Neighborhoods located at 1148 E, Cordova Ave. Clovis, CA 93619.

Each year on Veteran’s day, Bonadelle Neighborhoods extends a gift to veteran homeowners to celebrate them and their selfless accomplishments while serving our country. Gifts in the past have included decorative yard signs, coffee mugs, and cookies. But this year, the company wanted to do something a little more permanent.

Painting for Patriots is the company’s way of saying ‘thank you’ to our American heroes all year round. John Bonadelle Sr. started Bonadelle Neighborhoods by selling homes to World War II veterans looking to have their piece of the American Dream. The company has always stuck to its roots, never forgetting who some of its first homeowners were and continuing to show appreciation towards them.

“We are extremely grateful for the sacrifice those in the armed services have made for our country and are proud that Bonadelle Neighborhoods has had a long tradition of veteran families becoming Bonadelle homeowners. Painting for the Veterans is a way for our family to show our appreciation and respect for all that our veteran homeowners have done,” said Lisa Bonadelle, Executive Vice President of Bonadelle Neighborhoods.

In addition to painting the curbs, Bonadelle Neighborhoods will also continue its tradition of decorating its various community entrances with balloon arches and banners so the entire neighborhood can celebrate Veteran’s Day and extend their thanks together.
